Ok I weighed myself this morning and I am back to 257. That is great because that is where I left off over a week ago before my wicked cold. I ate like a pig on several days and had 0 exercise for the week. I did sweat a bunch yesterday mowing my lawn with the reel mower.So no motivation today other than awesomeness of being back on track!
